It took a bit of searching to find this one, but here is how I got the Playstation 3 Bluray remote working with my 4K Vizio TV.

1. On the remote hold the TV button and hit the clear button. The TV light should now be blinking.
2. Type in 281 and hit Enter.
3. Check that the volume is able to be controlled.

If it works, awesome! If it doesn’t, here are some other codes that are supposed to work with Vizio TVs. Your mileage may vary: 282, 502, 627, 004, 113, 505, 011.
